Author and illustrator
Olivia Hughes is an illustrator and graphic designer from the North of England, with a BA in Graphic Design from the University of Leeds. Hughes brings a heartfelt approach to storytelling. She merges clean design with detailed world building to create authentic and relatable reading experiences for children. Her illustrations are often shaped by a passion for disability representation and inclusive narratives.
Hughes has been acknowledged in Design Week and shortlisted for the 2024 AOI World Illustration Awards
